Holiday  Shop

Holiday Cheer, This Way!

Holiday Shop is a three-day, no-cost shopping experience for program participants from YWCA Clark County’s SafeChoice Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault programs. This event helps families experience the magic of the season, choosing meaningful gifts provided by a community that cares.

Financial abuse impacts housing stability, healthcare, and every aspect of life include the experiencing the joy of the holiday seasons. You can be involved by either hosting a toy drive/collection (via your workplace, faith groups, clubs, or personal network), sponsoring the event, or volunteer for gift wrapping.

Drop off new, unwrapped gifts to 3609 Main St. by December 15!
Our lobby is open Mon- Thu from 8:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 5pm.

Volunteer for a three hour sift during Holiday Shop between December 19, 22, & 23.

Host Tree Tags

Businesses welcome! If you have a holiday tree in your business you can request our gift tags to hang up. Staff and customers can use these tags with gift ideas to shop for a family in need this holiday season. You can collect the gifts to bring in for a photo or have folks bring in their own items. All gifts are due to our main office by December 16th at the latest.

Volunteer

Join our most festive event! There are so many volunteer roles for the Holiday Shop. You could be a shopper, stock gifts in the background, grab your loved ones to run a wrapping station, and so much more. If you’re unavailable during our main event, there are still many behind the scenes opportunities that we need help with. Email Beth Cooper for more information.
