Students Against Violence: Prevention Campaign (back-to-school)

Support YWCA’s Students Against Violence: Back-to-School Campaign Until Oct 13

As the school year starts, Clark County teens are struggling to understand boundaries, consent, and safety in their relationships. Experiencing unhealthy or abusive behaviors from friends, peers, and people they are dating is causing real harm to students. The good news is that you can help! Act now and your gift will be doubled thanks to matching gifts from generous donors. Your donation will help a teen in Clark County learn about safe relationships.

We recently got a phone call from Jodi*. Jodi works as a counselor at a high school in Clark County. She told us that she had some concerns about behaviors she is witnessing from some of the teens. Jodi needs your help to support the teens in her school. It is urgent that you give before October 13. If a student doesn’t learn how to have healthy relationships then it can lead to an abusive situation.  Your gift will educate a teen and prevent violence before it even starts!

YWCA’s prevention sessions help educate and end violence.

Make your crucial gift before October 13.
