We have been made aware of a video circulating the internet that involves an individual who had been associated with YWCA Clark County over a decade ago. The behavior displayed in the video footage does not align with our organization's values or mission.

We unequivocally condemn any form of aggression, verbal abuse, or discrimination. Such actions have no place in our community.

Our volunteer screening and training processes are rigorous and designed to ensure that all of our participants feel safe and supported. While this individual is no longer affiliated with our organization, we take this incident seriously and are reviewing our protocols to ensure that individuals working with our organization are aligned with our values.
